What are your shipping options within Canada?
Free Expedited Shipping is offered on all Canada domestic orders; orders placed by 3:00 PM ET ship same or next business day, Mon–Fri, excluding holidays, and may require signature on delivery. -
Do you ship internationally? Who pays duties/taxes?
Yes, we ship outside Canada; duties and taxes are determined by the destination’s customs and are the customer’s responsibility, collected at checkout or on delivery by the carrier. -
Do you deliver on weekends or to P.O. boxes?
Weekend/holiday delivery isn’t available, and delivery to P.O. boxes may be unavailable depending on the carrier’s terms; a physical address and signature may be required. -

What is your return window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery; refunds are issued to the original payment method after Quality Control inspection confirms condition. -

Items must be unworn, in saleable condition, and include all original packaging/tags/certificates; used items are not accepted unless defective. -
How do I start a return (RA#)?
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RA#; write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package and use the provided label/instructions to return your item securely. -
Who is liable for returns in transit?
Lumeor is not liable for goods returned via non‑authorized methods; use our provided return method/label and insure the package for the item’s full value. -
Are there items that are final sale?
Customized/engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized items and clearly marked “final sale” items are not eligible for return unless defective. -
How are exchanges handled?

Will I receive one shipping fee if my order ships in multiple packages?
