Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here (Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices are listed in CAD unless noted. Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) apply by destination. International orders may incur duties/taxes payable by the recipient at checkout or on delivery.

Orders, acceptance, and cancellations
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We may refuse or limit any order (e.g., suspected fraud, mispricing, limited quantities). If we cancel after charging you, we will issue a full refund.

Returns, exchanges, and RA#
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to condition requirements and Quality Control inspection. Custom/engraved/resized and “final sale” items are not returnable unless defective. An RA# from Support is required before returning any item.

Warranties and disclaimers
Except as expressly stated (e.g., any written limited warranty), products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non‑infringement).

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeor Jewelry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.

User content and acceptable use
Do not post or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; no scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with site operation. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Lumeor Jewelry or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. No license is granted except as necessary to browse and purchase.

International use and compliance
You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing the site from outside Canada, including import restrictions and customs regulations.
