Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery; refunds are issued to the original payment method once items pass inspection and meet condition requirements.

Items must be unworn, in saleable condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, and tags; custom/engraved or resized items are final sale unless defective.

To start a return, contact Customer Support to obtain an RA#; include the RA# on the outside of the package and use the provided instructions/label to ship back safely.
Return Conditions

Returned items are inspected by Quality Control; items that show wear, damage, or missing components may be rejected and returned to the sender.

For fraud prevention, RA#s are required and refunds are processed only after item verification; most refunds complete within 5–7 business days after receipt.
Exchanges

For exchanges, contact Customer Support within 30 days; a new order will be placed after confirmation of stock and pricing.
Shipping Policy

Orders ship on business days; multiple items in one order may ship separately; delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may require a signature on delivery.

Canada Domestic: Free Expedited Shipping on all orders; orders placed by 3:00 PM ET ship same or next business day, excluding weekends/holidays.

International (outside Canada): Duties/taxes are determined by the destination and are the customer’s responsibility; carriers may collect these at checkout or on delivery.
