Refund window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery; refunds are issued to the original payment method after Quality Control (QC) inspection.

Item condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, in saleable condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and certificates. Custom/engraved/resized items and clearly marked “final sale” items are not refundable unless defective.

Start a return (RA#): Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Write the RA# on the outside of the package and follow the provided label/instructions. Returns without RA# may be refused.

Exchanges: Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange; a new order may be created after stock and price confirmation.

Canada shipping: Free Expedited Shipping on all domestic orders. Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET ship same or next business day, Mon–Fri, excluding holidays; signature may be required. Multiple items in one order may ship separately. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

International orders: Duties and taxes are determined by the destination and are the customer’s responsibility; carriers may collect these at checkout or on delivery.

Return shipping and liability: Unless otherwise stated in your RA email, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Lumeor is not liable for returns sent via non‑authorized methods; insure the package for the full value.
